 Victoria L Blair, FNP-c

​Vickie Blair is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-c). She has been practicing medicine in Idaho Falls since 2006 and in nursing for over three decades. She practices for the love of helping people get better. Her patients comment regularly they feel like they have known her their entire lives. She listens and is engaged personally in their successful treatment and wellness. She is excited to now have her own practice and invites you to bring the whole family in for care.

 
 
 

J’Lene Ward, FNP-c

J’Lene Ward, MSN FNP-c, IBCLC a provider at Blair Family Medicine is a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) and nationally board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She fulfilled her goal to earn a Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) and FNP-c with honors from South University in 2018. J’Lene brings over 30 years of nursing experience focused on direct patient care for high-risk women, infants, and pediatric (patients). J’Lene is CPR, ACLS PALS and NRP certified. She passionately advocates for individuals across the lifespan and values family centered care.  She compassionately guides patients with their individualized needs to achieve personal health goals.  Her motto is to “meet the patient where they are at” and help them along their path to wellness.  J’Lene enjoys the patient centered care approach at Blair Family Medicine, a team of highly qualified healthcare providers who promote wellness for patients, their families and the community.  J’Lene also is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and provides lactation support and guidance for mothers as they navigate the complexities of breastfeeding. 

As a lifelong native to Southeast Idaho, J’Lene maintains her title as drift boat captain within her family.  She loves sharing Idaho’s natural beauties with her husband Rich, children, grandchildren and anyone else who is up for an adventure.

Cathy Arvidson, PhD, FNP-BC, FAANP

Cathy Arvidson, PhD, FNP-BC, FAANP

Cathy Arvidson is new to the practice and brings over 25 years as a nurse practitioner, all in the Idaho Falls area. She has been an RN for over 40 years. In addition she is an associate professor at Idaho State University, School of Nursing, teaching in the Doctor of Nursing Practice, Family Nurse Practitioner Program. Cathy graduated from Vanderbilt University with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, University of Florida with her Master of Science in Nursing with a focus as a Pediatric Clinical Specialist, Texas Woman’s University with a PhD in Nursing, and University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with her post-doctoral certificate as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Her philosophy of care is treating each patient as an individual and working together to achieve each patient’s highest level of wellness with an emphasis on disease prevention and health promotion and a focus on high quality, cost effective care.

She grew up in Florida and moved to Idaho Falls from Texas in 1992. She is married and has 2 grown children, one of which has followed her into nursing. She loves the outdoors which includes hiking with her rescue dog and skiing in winter.

 
 
 

Sunny Raichart, FNP-c

Sunny Raichart was born in Portland, Oregon, and moved to Granbury, Texas when she was just a young girl. After high school, she moved to Idaho Falls. From a very young age, she has wanted to be a nurse. Sunny started working in the nursing field over 25 years ago, working her way up from an LPN in a doctor’s office, to an RN in the surgical environment, and finally as a Nurse Practitioner taking care of her own patients with Blair Family Medicine. Sunny joined the practice in January 2021. When Sunny is not working in the office, she enjoys spending time outside with her husband and family. She likes to ice fish in the winter and lake fish in the summer. She also enjoys camping, archery and spending time with her grandson, and working in her yard.

Jodie Stookey, FNP-C

Jodie Stookey is a Family Nurse Practitioner who is board-certified with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She graduated in 2011 from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Since that time, she has also obtained a Master of Science in Nursing, graduated with honors, and gained experience in the Neonatal ICU, Pediatric Primary Care, and Urgent Care settings. She can provide the whole family with compassionate, evidence-based, patient-centered care.

When she isn’t in the office getting to know her patients, Jodie enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, and a Goldendoodle named Snickers. They spend their free time exploring Idaho, camping, hiking, and skiing.
